Alternative Transportation

Maplewood Imports would like each of our clients to experience the best service possible while owning their Mercedes-Benz. Maplewood Imports will make every attempt to provide an Enterprise loaner vehicle for each of our service clients when scheduling an appointment that cannot be performed with 2 hours or less.

We request that a few basic policies to be followed while driving your loaner car:


  • Please call in advance of your arrival to make an appointment for your loaner vehicle
  • Full insurance coverage necessary. Please inspect vehicle before leaving the dealership
  • Replace fuel used during loaner period
  • Please refrain from smoking in the vehicle
  • Keep the vehicle in the Twin Cities
  • Vehicles must be returned on the day repairs are completed
  • Due to insurance regulations, you must be at least 21 years of age
  • All traffic and parking tickets are the responsibility of the driver
  • The driver of the loaner will need to present a valid driver's license and a major credit card in the event any of the above mentioned charges are necessary
  • Only person(s) listed on the rental agreement are eligible to operate the loaner car
