He went over every detail of he CLS with my wife and I, he went as far to sync my wife's phone with the bluetooth system. Unbelievable service and product knowledge; my wife can truely enjoy her car knowing how and what each each button does and system operates. I believe we will always have a Maplewood Mercedes-Benz in our garage from today forward. I must add that Mr.Haines also provided out of the park service in getting all of the financial items handled. You can tell he truely loves these cars and what he does. I generally have very high expectations for sales and customer service, and I had an excellent experience with Maplewood Imports and David Pfuhl.

I had initially visited another dealership in the Twin Cities last fall; it was the only one I knew of at the time. I stopped in to ask some rather detailed questions about the CLS 550 and about model availability. While friendly, the sales consultant at the other dealership was far more interested in getting me to drive the car and talking me into driving home a model off their lot than he was in answering my questions and helping me locate the vehicle of my choice.

I then came across Maplewood Imports and met David Pfuhl (who ended up being my sales consultant). David answered all of my questions, but I did not purchase a car right away; recognizing the CLS 550 is not an ideal car for Minnesota winter, I elected to wait until spring to move forward with a purchase so I could truly enjoy the new Benz experience. In the mean time, David stayed in touch and kept me updated on inventory. Ultimately Maplewood didn't have the car I wanted on their lot, but when I was ready to move forward he helped me find the exact vehicle I wanted and delivered it promptly. His attention to detail was much appreciated, as were his straightforward answers to questions. I also elected to finance the vehicle, and that transaction was quick and painless, as well.

Long story short, I was very happy with the sales experience, I was pleased with the deal (both pricing of the car and financing) and I love my CLS 550. I would happily recommend David and Maplewood Imports to any friends who are looking for a Mercedez-Benz, and would tell them to start their search by test driving the CLS 550.
